Job :

Join a dynamic team within a company specialized in Offshoring, located in Sidi Maarouf, Casablanca. As a Junior B2B Telemarketer, you will play a central role in developing the business, acquiring new prospects, and retaining existing clients.

Your main mission will be to identify new commercial opportunities, qualify prospect needs, and offer them suitable solutions. You will handle initial contact and follow-ups.

You will use CRM tools to record your interactions and enrich the database with reliable commercial data. You will participate in activity reporting, results analysis, and continuous improvement of prospecting methods.

You will work closely with the sales and administrative teams to ensure good information transfer and efficient handling of new prospects.

Previous experience in B2B telephone prospecting, customer relations, or a commercial environment would be appreciated. However, this position is also open to motivated junior profiles with good interpersonal skills, ease of communication by phone, and a real desire to develop their sales skills. 

Required profile :

For this Junior B2B Telemarketer position, a minimum of a Bac +2 level (equivalent to a 2-year college degree) is required, ideally in sales, marketing, negotiation, or customer relations, banking, or insurance. Additional training in sales techniques or business development would be a plus.

Previous professional experience in inside sales, telephone prospecting, or business development is expected. Experience in the Offshoring or Nearshoring sector, or in a B2B environment, will be particularly appreciated.

The ideal candidate has the following skills:

• Excellent command of prospecting, sales, and negotiation techniques.
• Ability to identify prospect needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication by phone, email, and video conference.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and office software, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong results orientation, perseverance, and ability to achieve sales targets.
• Sense of organization and rigor in following up with prospects and clients.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with operational and administrative departments.
• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
