Join our dynamic company in the Offshoring / Nearshoring sector, a key player in growth and innovation. We are looking for a French-Speaking Sales Advisor to join our team in Casablanca. The main goal of this position is to actively contribute to the expansion of our French-speaking clientele, ensuring excellent service and developing strong, lasting business relationships. It's about becoming a pillar in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting video sales meetings with qualified prospects
• Deeply understanding the prospect's situation, challenges, and objectives
• Identifying their real needs and decision criteria
• Assisting them in their thought process by providing clear and structured advice
• Presenting the solution in an educational and tailored manner to their profile
• Responding to objections with method and professionalism
• Helping them make an informed decision
• Closing the sale within the commercial framework
• Ensuring rigorous follow-up of opportunities using internal tools

You will work exclusively with qualified leads provided by the company.
Your role is to assist, advise, and guide, never to push.
