Your main mission will be to develop and retain our customer base in the region. You will need to meet ambitious sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer relationships. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, negotiating contracts, and managing orders. Your success will be measured by your ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions, your skill in building lasting relationships, and your sales performance. Achieving the set turnover objectives will be a key element of your evaluation.
On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:
You will work closely with internal teams, particularly the logistics department and technical teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
To succeed in this role, a minimum education level of Bac +2 (equivalent to a two-year associate's degree) is essential, with a specialization in Sales / Business / Export or Communication / Advertising / PR. Additional training in the automotive sector would be a undeniable asset, but is not a mandatory requirement. Your education should have enabled you to develop strong skills in communication, negotiation, and customer relations.
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar position is desired. However, motivated candidates demonstrating strong sales potential will also be considered. Experience acquired in the metallurgy / steel industry or a related sector will be a significant advantage. Your experience should demonstrate your ability to manage a client portfolio, achieve sales targets, and build strong professional relationships.
You master sales and negotiation techniques and have excellent oral and written communication skills. You are dynamic, persistent, and results-oriented. Here are the key skills we are looking for:
