Job :

  Achieve set sales targets, both in quantity and quality;
  Develop and build customer loyalty, while identifying new business opportunities;
  Be proactive in driving sales and contributing to business growth;
  Present products by highlighting their advantages and customer benefits;
  Implement actions to improve customer satisfaction and track them using performance indicators;
  Provide regular reporting and effective communication to the management team.
  Obtain and maintain certifications related to the position, in accordance with brand standards and requirements.
 

Required profile :

  Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a luxury brand;
  Strong sales skills and a results-oriented approach;
  Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction;
  Ability to work independently and proactively;
  Comfortable with communication and reporting.
