Join a leading company in the metallurgy / iron and steel industry as a Commercial Advisor Sector. Based in Rabat, this strategic position is at the heart of our commercial development and customer satisfaction.

The main objective is to develop and retain a client portfolio in your geographical area. It involves becoming a key player in achieving the company's sales objectives by offering solutions tailored to the needs of professionals.

  • Prospect for new clients and identify market opportunities.
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose personalized commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of orders and deliveries.
  • Participate in the development of commercial strategies and competitor analysis.

Required profile :

Your academic background includes a degree of Bac +2 level (equivalent to an Associate's degree or two years of higher education), ideally in the fields of sales administration, after-sales service, commerce, sales, or export.

Professional experience of 3 to 10 years is expected, allowing you to master B2B sales techniques in an industrial environment.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis abilities to understand customer needs.
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and organization.
  • Good knowledge of the metallurgy/iron and steel sector is appreciated.
  • Proficiency in common computer tools (Office Suite, CRM).
