Manpower is looking for its client, operating in the real estate sector, a Sales Advisor:
Main tasks:
• Prospecting, advising, and supporting clients, organizing visits, negotiation, and administrative follow-up.
• Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in work tools (CRM, sales software)
• Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques
• Excellent communication skills and strong persuasive ability
• Active listening and empathy
• Autonomy and rigor with a sense of organization
• Perseverance and responsiveness
Profile sought:
Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or higher in Management or equivalent
Experience: 03 years of experience required, 05 years or more desired.
Location: the city of Marrakech
Required skills:
· Mastery of negotiation techniques,
· Ability to work with complete autonomy in managing customer relationships
· Good mastery of information management, filing, and document archiving techniques
· Sense of communication and ability to work in a team
