Job :

Daily Tasks:

  • Prepare the customer's service appointment (availability of spare parts, workshop resources, technical information, service history……).
  • Welcome the customer according to applicable standards.
  • Confirm the work to be done with the customer and establish the repair order.
  • Update the customer's database (Address, email, phone number……).
  • Follow up on ongoing repairs with workshop staff.
  • Coordinate with the customer on the progress of maintenance and/or repair work.
  • Prepare the vehicle for delivery to the customer.
  • Explain the work done to the customer (labor and spare parts).
  • Invoice the repair file.
  • Deliver the vehicle to the customer.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

  • Diploma as a Specialized Automotive Technician (BAC+2/3).
  • At least 5 years of experience in the automotive sector.
