Job description

We are looking for a Borrower Insurance Advisor to strengthen our team.
The position focuses on the administrative management and follow-up of borrower insurance files, with a strong customer relations dimension.

Your tasks:

• Contact customers to complete and follow up on their borrower insurance files
• Collect and verify all information and documents needed to approve contracts
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of files until final approval
• Carry out necessary follow-ups with customers and partners
• Support customers throughout the process with professionalism and responsiveness
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of the information processed
• Provide regular reporting on the progress of files

Required profile :

• Profile sought
• Degree equivalent to a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum
• A first experience in insurance or administrative management is a plus
• Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written (required)
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Rigor, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Proficiency in office software
• Experience in borrower insurance is an additional asset
