- Handle customer reception and open Repair Orders.
- Schedule customer appointments in close cooperation with the Assistant for Telephone Reception and Appointment Management.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- File customer after-sales records.
- Update appointment statuses in the appointment management tool when the customer is received.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3), focus: Technical Sales
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
