Your missions:
Ensure customer loyalty
Have good writing skills in French
Analysis of contractual documents
Management of files (payments, termination of commitment) as well as mass outgoing calls
Respect the established work rules or validate with your supervisor
Ensure the achievement of Cnexia contractual indicators
Be able to communicate simply and effectively, know how to adapt to different customers.
Ensure that all complaints are acknowledged, recorded, confirmed, and resolved effectively
Provide high-quality service in accordance with the processes and procedures provided
Ensure follow-up of customer files from the first contact until the problem is resolved.
Take personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client safety conditions and policies
Profile Sought
Baccalaureate or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
Very good schedule flexibility to work 44 hours per week in rotation.
Availability 24/7 (Night shifts on rotation).
Verbal communication skills and good writing skills in French.
Numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
Good speaking voice, available, courteous, and persistent.
