Join a dynamic company in the Insurance / Brokerage sector as an Insurance Sales Advisor in Casablanca. This is the ideal opportunity to use your sales expertise and build a flourishing career in the economic heart of Morocco.

Actively contribute to the development of the client portfolio, by ensuring excellent service and exceeding set sales targets. Your role will be central to the growth and success of our company.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Welcoming, advising, and assisting clients in their choice of insurance products.
  • Identifying their specific needs and proposing personalized and suitable solutions.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls for business development.
  • Prospecting new clients and retaining existing ones.
  • Ensuring follow-up of client files and handling complaints.
  • Participating in the implementation and deployment of new commercial offers.

Required profile :

A high school diploma (Bac) level of education is required, ideally completed with a specialization in call center professions or a related field.

With professional experience between 5 and 10 years, your background has allowed you to master the intricacies of sales and insurance advice.

To excel in this role, here are the qualities we are looking for:

  • An excellent ability to connect with people and strong listening skills.
  • Solid negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Good organization and rigorous file management.
  • In-depth knowledge of different insurance products.
  • Successful previous experience in telephone sales, ideally in the insurance sector.
