Your main tasks will include:

• Managing customer relationships, from prospecting to subscription.
• Advising on and selling insurance products tailored to customer needs.
• Following up and managing an existing client portfolio.
• Participating in commercial development campaigns.
• Sharing in-depth expertise on our offerings.

Required profile :

To be eligible for this position, a Bac +2 (equivalent to a 2-year college degree) is required.

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar environment, ideally in call center professions, will be a major asset.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to listen. Your negotiation skills, attention to detail, and comfort with phone communication will be essential for success in this role. Knowledge of the insurance sector is a plus.
