Your main tasks will include:

• Managing customer relationships, from prospecting to subscription.
• Advising and selling insurance products tailored to customer needs.
• Following up on and managing an existing client portfolio.
• Participating in commercial development campaigns.
• Sharing in-depth expertise on our offers.

Required profile :

To be considered for this position, a Bac +2 level diploma is required.

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar environment, ideally in call center jobs, will be a major asset.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities. Your negotiation skills, thoroughness, and comfort on the phone will be essential for success in this role. Knowledge of the insurance sector is a plus.
