Job :

You will join one of the jobs in the value chain of credit, insurance, and remote banking.

Within your unit, you will transform every customer contact into a unique experience.

You will support our customers in a multi-channel relationship and enhance every contact with a suitable commercial offer.

In this context, your main missions will be to:
• Respond to our customers' requests, understand and analyze their needs to offer them the most suitable commercial offers;
• Support our final customers in achieving their projects by offering different products from the Sofinco brand and its partners;
• Achieve your commercial objectives while respecting quality and compliance standards.

Required profile :

• Bac+2 education (equivalent to a 2-year college degree in France);
• You have already experienced success in a previous sales role;
• You have excellent command of the French language and knowledge of computer tools.
