Job :

As part of our activities, we are recruiting an IFRS Consolidator primarily responsible for missions with clients composed of major national and international players.

Responsibilities:

Consolidation & Financial Reporting:
• Reconciliation of management and statutory accounting data, ensuring the reliability and consistency of subsidiary reporting
• Management of IFRS adjustment entries and restatements, including the conversion of CGNC accounts to IFRS standards
• Perform consolidation restatements: intra-group eliminations, equity method, etc.
• Ensure the processing of intra-group operations (reconciliation and elimination).
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Actively monitor changes in IFRS standards and operational implementation of their impacts on consolidated financial statements
• Management of integration methods and processing of complex technical subjects: goodwill, IFRS 16 (leases), impairment tests, etc.

Group Management Control & Steering
• Analyze variances between actual, budget, and forecast.
• Participate in the preparation of the consolidated budget and reforecasts.
• Analysis of forecast performance indicators (e.g., EBITDA/Post EBITDA, etc.)
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes

Systems & Data (SAP Environment)
• Use SAP FI/CO modules for the extraction and analysis of financial data.
• Configure and control data flows to the consolidation tool (SAP BPC).
• Participate in the automation of consolidation processes.
• Contribute to improving internal control over SAP financial flows
 

Required profile :

Required Skills: 

• Mastery of IFRS standards
• Good knowledge of statutory consolidation
• Mastery of SAP FI/CO / BOFC
• Advanced Excel skills

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance / Accounting / Audit (business school or university). Additional IFRS training highly appreciated.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in consolidation, audit, or management control, ideally within a large industrial group or an auditing firm.
