Job :

Reporting to the HR department, you will be involved in formalizing and optimizing HR processes, particularly through:

 

  • Writing, structuring, and updating HR procedures
  • Process mapping and designing clear and educational flowcharts
  • Preparing presentation materials and leading PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders

Required profile :

Master's degree (BAC+5) in Human Resources, Management, Quality, or equivalent

  • Experience in a similar role is a plus (procedures, organization, HR quality)
  • Good command of PowerPoint (structuring, summarizing, presentation skills)
  • Comfortable with writing, process analysis, and diagramming (flowcharts)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication
  • Organized, rigorous, and focused on continuous improvement
