Job :
As an Organization / AMOA Banking Consultant (M/F). Based in Casablanca, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in the banking sector in their transformation projects.
As an Organization / AMOA Banking Consultant, your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyzing business needs and writing specifications.
- Defining target processes and functional architectures.
- Supporting business teams in the deployment of solutions.
- Application testing and change management.
- Strategic advice to business and IT management.
You will be the main link between business teams and technical teams, thus ensuring the alignment of solutions with business objectives.
Required profile :
The candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Perfect command of French and English
- Availability for international travel
- Degree from a business or engineering school, Moroccan or foreign
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience in internal banking consulting or management consulting firm.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to structure and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Adaptability and team spirit
- Knowledge of the banking sector is an asset
