Job :

Reporting to the General Management, your main tasks will be to advise and best support our clients to make their recruitment activity a real success.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Advising clients on optimizing their HR strategy;
• Supporting companies in their recruitment process;
• Assisting the sales team and meeting their needs for information, HR content, etc.;
• Ensuring the quality of ads published by clients and verifying compliance with the ReKrute quality charter;
• Carrying out HR assignments or recruitment services requested by your clients;
• Training clients on how to use our ReKrute platform;
• Developing and writing reports;
• Participating in internal cross-functional projects (Audits, development of our tools (platform & tests)).

Required profile :

With a Bac+4/5 degree ideally in Human Resources Management, you have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally gained in a recruitment firm.

You have a strong ability to convince and unite, to work in a team, and to interact at all levels of the company.

You are proactive and have a great ability to adapt to an evolving environment.

You have good knowledge of HR tools and are at the cutting edge of technology.

You master English and feel comfortable in an English-speaking work environment!
