Job :

Design, configure, and optimize O2S processes in SAP SD to ensure smooth execution of the sales → delivery → invoicing chain, with the necessary integrations to logistics and finance.

Main missions:

• O2S Scoping & Needs Analysis:
• Lead workshops and gather business needs around sales and execution processes (order, delivery, invoicing). 
• Formalize process flows and gaps (as-is/to-be), then write functional specifications and documentation.

• SAP SD Configuration & O2S Cycle Optimization:
• Configure and optimize SD modules related to order management, delivery, and invoicing (order management, delivery, pricing, invoicing). 
• Contribute to the end-to-end execution of the OTC/O2S cycle and integration with other areas (especially FI/MM depending on the context). 
• Implement / evolve pricing rules (condition types, access sequences, pricing procedures) when required.

• Delivery, Logistics & Integration (SD ↔ execution):
• Cover the Deliveries component and its stages (Outbound delivery, picking/packing, route/shipping point determination, POD if applicable). 
• Ensure consistency of the "delivery / goods issue" flow with the documentary chain (creation of delivery by reference, generation of accounting documents during certain events). 

• Billing & FI Integration:
• Manage Billing (invoices, credit/debit memos, billing plans, account determination) and secure SD–FI integration.
• Understand and support downstream activities like accounts receivable / cash application within the O2C framework (depending on scope). 

• Testing, Acceptance & Change Management:
• Prepare and execute tests (SIT/UAT), document, track anomalies, and manage retests. (e.g., participation in design workshops + preparation/execution of tests mentioned for SD profiles).
• Produce training materials, support key users, and ensure post go-live support.

• Support / Run (if TMA/AMS context):
• Process critical tickets related to sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing, analyze root causes, and stabilize recurring issues. 

Required profile :

Required Skills:

• SAP SD Skills (Must-have):
• Mastery of SD flows: Sales documents, Deliveries, Billing, and understanding of the documentary chain. 
• Knowledge of common SD functions: ATP, credit management, output determination, partner determination, copy controls, etc. 
• O2S / O2C: understanding of the cycle (order → execution → invoicing → payment/clearing) and associated activities (collections/cash application depending on scope).

• Integration & Data (Appreciated):
• Integration with other modules (FI/MM mentioned in an O2S SD/MM context).
• Data migration / transfer (LSMW/BDC mentioned in SD experiences).

• Soft Skills:
• Workshop facilitation, documentation writing, communication with business/IT teams.
• Rigor, service orientation (especially in run mode), ability to prioritize and ensure quality.

Profile & Seniority:

• Autonomy on an SD scope (order/delivery/invoicing), contribution to testing/acceptance and support.
• Workshop facilitation, handling complex topics (pricing, special OTC scenarios, integrations), leadership in design & stabilization.
• Master's degree in engineering
