Job :

Act as a functional SAP EWM referent, from the scoping phase to the run, in order to design, deploy, and optimize highly complex warehouse management solutions, while ensuring operational performance, the robustness of logistics processes, and user adoption.

• Main missions:

• Scoping & Business Analysis:
• Lead and facilitate business workshops with logistics teams (warehouse, supply chain, transport, IT).
• Analyze as-is / to-be processes: receiving, storage, preparation, shipping, cross-docking, value-added services.
• Perform fit-gap analyses between client needs and SAP EWM standards.
• Challenge business needs and propose robust and standardized solutions.

• SAP EWM Design & Configuration:
• Design and configure SAP EWM processes: Inbound / Outbound Delivery, Putaway & Picking strategies, Storage types, sections, bins, Warehouse Orders & Waves, Packing, HU Management, Yard Management (if activated)
• Configure advanced stock management (batches, serial numbers, statuses, inventories).
• Define logistics optimization rules (slotting, rearrangement, FIFO/LIFO strategies).
• Write detailed functional specifications and contribute to WRICEF if necessary.

• Supply Chain Integration & Architecture:
• Ensure the integration of SAP EWM with: SAP MM (procurement, material management), SAP SD (customer deliveries), SAP TM (transport - if applicable), SAP S/4HANA or ECC (embedded or decentralized EWM)
• Work closely with technical teams (ABAP, interfaces, IDOC, RFC).

• Testing, Deployment & Quality:
• Define the testing strategy and manage: Unit tests, Integration tests, UAT with key users
• Manage anomaly correction and ensure the quality of the solution.
• Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Contribute to data migration activities (materials, stocks, locations).

• Support, Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
• Provide N2/N3 functional support on SAP EWM.
• Identify optimization areas post go-live (performance, flows, RF/Fiori ergonomics).
• Implement logistics KPIs and help business departments improve warehouse productivity.
• Leverage feedback and promote EWM best practices.

Required profile :

Required Skills:

• Functional Skills:
• Strong SAP EWM expertise (advanced configuration, complex processes).
• Very good knowledge of logistics & warehouse processes.
• Concrete experience in EWM implementation or roll-out projects.
• Ability to work on S/4HANA environments (embedded or decentralized).

• Transverse Skills:
• Facilitation of business workshops & client communication.
• Analytical, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• High autonomy and senior consultant posture.

Soft Skills:

• Functional leadership and customer service orientation.
• Analytical mind and results-driven.
• Ability to challenge needs while remaining pragmatic.
• Comfortable in international and multicultural contexts.

Education / Degrees:

• Master's degree (Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or equivalent).

Professional Experience:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in SAP WHM / EWM, including at least:
• 1 significant implementation project
• Strong exposure to testing, deployment, and advanced support phases

Nice to have

• SAP EWM Embedded on S/4HANA
• Yard Management, MFS, RF / Fiori
• Experience in Retail, Industry, Life Sciences, or Aeronautics
• SAP EWM Certification
