Your mission:

- Manage customer requests in BackOffice
- Make outgoing calls (outbound) with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Handle and resolve issues effectively


Required profile :

- Native or bilingual proficiency in Catalan and Spanish (oral and written)
- Previous experience in customer service and/or back office (highly valued)
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills
- Ability to organize, rigor, and proactivity
