- Manage customer requests in the Back Office
- Make outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Handle and resolve issues effectively

Required profile :

- Native or bilingual proficiency in Catalan and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service and/or back office (highly valued)
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills
- Organizational skills, rigor, and proactivity
