Job :

  • Ensure the monitoring and control of partner billing;
  • Manage debt collection and follow-up;
  • Monitor payments and follow up with partners;
  • Control payroll elements and monitor variables;
  • Verify the consistency of payroll data and management reports;
  • Participate in the development of financial reports and dashboards;
  • Analyze discrepancies and propose corrective actions;
  • Collaborate with accounting, HR, and operational teams to optimize management processes;
  • Communicate with French-speaking and English-speaking partners.

Required profile :

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, or equivalent;
  • First experience in management control, payroll, billing, or debt collection;
  • Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken;
  • Good command of Excel and reporting tools;
  • Analytical skills, rigor, and confidentiality;
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication ability.
