  • Budget preparation and monitoring: Actively participate in the annual budget construction, performance monitoring, and variance analysis.
  • Operational management control: Analyze business results, identify areas for improvement, and propose action plans.
  • Financial reporting and analysis: Prepare regular, clear, and concise reports, presenting relevant analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participation in strategic projects: Contribute to the financial analysis of projects and bring your expertise to decision-making.
  • Process improvement: Contribute to the optimization of management control processes.
  • Participate in the formalization of internal procedures and ensure their proper application by operational teams.
  • Control compliance with internal rules and processes in a logic of continuous improvement.

Required profile :

Skills required for the position:

  • Basic education: Bachelor's degree + 4 years (Bac+4).
  • Specific education: Specialization in audit/consulting, management/accounting, or finance.
  • Professional experience in a similar role: 3 years or more.
  • Other experience: Management & leadership
  • Individual skills: Professionalism (Diligence, punctuality, rigor, and perseverance).
  • Intellectual aspects: Ability to synthesize, logical thinking, and reasoning skills.
  • Interpersonal aspects: Strong interpersonal skills, attentiveness, listening, communication, availability, team spirit, and leadership. Ability to lead meetings, be persuasive, and have analytical skills.
