Job :

To strengthen the Management Control department, BRICOMA is recruiting two Management Controllers in the Rabat region and the South region (Agadir/Marrakech).

Reporting to the Financial Department, your main tasks will be:

  • Analyze the performance and profitability indicators of BRICOMA stores in order to identify discrepancies and propose preventive and corrective actions;
  • Implement management and reporting tools for BRICOMA stores.;
  • Support and assist Store Managers in monitoring and analyzing the performance of their activity;
  • Participate in the implementation, formalization, and improvement of profitability management and control processes;
  • Participate in the development and better use of the financial information system;
  • Take charge of the reliability and compliance of information;
  • Produce financial and commercial reports in the required formats and within the given deadlines.

Required profile :

  • Higher education degree (Bac +5) in Audit/Management Control.
  • With a minimum of 2 years of experience in management control, preferably in large-scale retail.
  • You have a very good knowledge of audit and management control processes.
  • You have strong knowledge of IT queries.
  • Your rigor, initiative, autonomy, interpersonal skills, and good communication abilities combined with strong analytical and synthesis skills are necessary for the successful completion of your missions.
