TRANSMEL is recruiting a management controller.
Main mission:
- Organize and control the company's economic management and drive the improvement of performance and organization.
- Design and provide the technical and economic data necessary for decision-making.
- Ensure the reliability of control procedures and tools, identify malfunctions, and propose improvements.
Tasks:
- Prepare and monitor monthly and/or annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze the differences between forecasts and results, and propose corrective actions.
- Produce monthly reports.
- Participate in the development of financial strategy and project profitability management.
- Carry out in-depth financial analyses to support operational decisions.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and present them to different departments.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial management processes and tools.
- Identify emerging risks with operational managers.
- Lead working and monitoring workshops with operational managers.
- Define and monitor key risk indicators (KRI).
- Ensure communication on risk management results.
- Prepare regular reports for management on risk management.
- Consider suggestions and comments from management and managers.
- Ensure missions are completed on time and with quality.
- Make sure control reports are communicated on time.
Strong command of general accounting and management control.
Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
Proficiency in office tools and ERP systems.
Leadership, rigor, organizational skills, and team spirit are essential.
