Electricity Controller - Casablanca

The PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION SERVICES DEVELOPMENT COMPANY S.A. is a Local Development company. Its missions are to participate in the management and development of Public Distribution Services, notably through services such as:

• Support in the financial and financial engineering field, and in mobilizing and managing funding;
• Monitoring and evaluation of management and performance indicators related to Public Services;
• Management of financing debts related to distribution activity;
• Harmonization of common rules and processes concerning the management of Public Services.

Our company supports players in the electricity, drinking water, and liquid sanitation distribution sector, particularly the newly established GCT (Groups of Territorial Collectivities) and SRM (Regional Multiservice Companies).

Job :

We are looking for an "Electricity Controller" profile for 2 positions: one junior and one senior, with experience in the study, construction, or operation of High Voltage (HTB/HTA) networks and facilities, and good experience in team management.

Main tasks:

- Ensure the coordination, monitoring, and control of electricity investment projects (HTB, HTA & BT). This task includes reviewing and controlling budgets, checking the quality of work, and managing public procurement;
- Ensure the monitoring of technical and energy performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual objectives;
- Ensure the monitoring of the electricity supply security in the Region.
 

Experience in the distribution sector is a plus

Required profile :

Required training and skills:

• State Engineer diploma (Bac+5) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• More than 2 years of experience in electricity distribution or related activities, especially those involving electrical facilities.
• Good knowledge of tools and software related to the field of Electricity.
• Good command of project management techniques.
