As part of the development of our activities in the South American market (UTC-3 Zone), we are looking for a management controller who is tech-savvy to join our human adventure.

Job :

1. Budget & Forecast Management

• Development of the annual budget in collaboration with operational departments.
• Regular updating of forecasts and monitoring of financial outlook.
• Analysis of profitability by project and by client account.

2. Reporting & Dashboards

• Production of consolidated monthly reporting (P&L, performance indicators).
• Design and optimization of management tools (Dashboards) using BI and advanced Excel.
• Analysis of variances (Budget vs. Actual) and recommendation of corrective action plans.

3. Cost Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Detailed analysis of operating expenses and identification of savings opportunities.
• Audit of internal processes to maximize operational efficiency.
• Participation in the evolution of financial information systems (ERP).

4. Business Partnering

• Supporting managers in understanding their financial indicators.
• Carrying out specific studies (investments, ROI, margin analyses).

Required profile :

Education & Experience

A Master's degree ideally in Management, Accounting, or Finance, providing you with a solid academic foundation to excel in this role.

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the services or offshoring sector.

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

Excel & Automation Expertise: Perfect mastery of advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Macro programming for data industrialization.
Financial & Strategic Analysis: Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategic recommendations for management.
Tools & Data Viz: Mastery of ERP systems and in-depth knowledge of Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) highly appreciated.
Financial AI Mastery: Use of AI (Copilot, ChatGPT Data Analysis) for data cleaning, predictive analysis, and writing financial summaries.
Languages: Impeccable command of French.

Work Conditions & Environment

This position is specifically tailored for our international operations (South America Zone - UTC-3):
Hours: Start of the day around 12:00 PM and finish in the evening (Moroccan Time), corresponding to the shift 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM and Saturday 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Guiana Time/UTC-3).
Flexibility: 100% remote work (subject to having a dedicated workspace and stable fiber optic connection).
