Job :
Reporting to the Import Manager, the Import Coordinator (M/F) will be responsible for:
Managing import files for ingredients and specialties by optimizing customs clearance times.
Coordinating and controlling the flow and administrative documents for imports.
Managing and tracking the transfer of administrative files to the relevant departments (Bank, Freight Forwarder, public institutions, internal clients, etc.).
Managing international transport purchases.
Developing the schedule for picking up FCA/EXW orders in coordination with purchasing, supply chain, and suppliers.
Tracking pick-up dates, arrival dates, and the logistics plan for each order.
Checking transport invoices and processing their payment.
Preparing payment orders and submitting them for signature.
Sending orders to accounting with a follow-up of due dates.
Tracking transport purchases (documents, transshipment, contract No., etc.....).
Optimizing purchases based on the needs and constraints of internal clients.
Keeping the import dashboards up to date (Achievements, Performance Tracking, KPIs, etc.).
Staying informed about market changes regarding freight rate variations.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
You have a Bac+2 degree (equivalent to a 2-year associate's degree) in purchasing or logistics with one to two years of experience in a similar role.
You have mastered customs and banking procedures.
Technical knowledge of marine insurance and international transport.
You are comfortable with Excel & Word.
You have good analytical skills.
You are structured, curious, and have a strong desire to learn.
