Job :

- Ensure the operational coordination of medical units in the region;
- Supervise administrative and technical teams;
- Ensure the application of internal procedures and quality standards;
- Monitor performance indicators and propose improvement actions;
- Ensure the logistical and organizational management of the sites;
- Participate in the management of schedules and resources;
- Guarantee smooth communication between management and the units;
- Contribute to the development and optimization of medical services.

Required profile :

Background:

- Higher education in management, health administration, management or equivalent field;
- Confirmed experience in operational coordination, ideally in the medical or paramedical sector;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Sense of leadership and ability to manage multi-site teams;
- Proficiency in office and reporting tools;
- Regional mobility required.
