Your Missions:
- Handle incoming calls in French and English
- Take charge of and follow up on incidents until resolution.
Required profile :
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities and assets:
- Natural mastery and ease of French and English
- Previous experience in a call center would be a major asset
- Excellent communication, listening skills, and empathy.
- Exclusive availability to work night shifts (Canadian time zones).
- Computer skills
