Join a dynamic company in the Construction / Civil Engineering sector as a Customer Service Representative. Based in Casablanca, this role is a unique chance to grow within a passionate team and actively contribute to our customers' satisfaction.

Help achieve customer service excellence by ensuring smooth and professional communication with our clients. Maximize customer satisfaction by efficiently and quickly handling requests and complaints.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Answering and processing customer phone calls and emails.
  • Providing clear and accurate answers to questions about our products and services.
  • Processing billing based on quotes and purchase orders.
  • Checking that quotes and purchase orders match.
  • Following up on the billing process and handling any correction requests.
  • Handling customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, finding suitable solutions.
  • Coordinating with different internal departments to ensure optimal customer file follow-up.
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
  • Keeping the customer database up-to-date and organizing relevant information.

Required profile :

A degree equivalent to a 3-year Bachelor's degree in Sales Administration or After-Sales Service is expected.

A first professional experience of 1 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the construction or customer service sector, will be a major asset.

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • A strong sense of service and ability to listen to customers.
  • Great organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
  • Proficiency in common computer tools (Office Suite).
  • Ability to solve problems and manage stress.
  • Team spirit and a sense of responsibility.
