As part of strengthening our RUN team, we are looking for a hybrid profile capable of ensuring the operational maintenance of decision-making tools while supporting business users. You will be the primary contact for level 1/2 technical requests and responsible for the quality of data reported to the business.
Project:
a decision-making solution aimed at improving the managerial steering of the sales activity in Business Agencies.
This includes in particular:
• Monitoring performance and sales coverage
• Tracking sales activity over the past month
• Planning sales actions for the upcoming month.
Main missions:
• Technical Support: Handle and resolve basic technical requests within the application and decision-making ecosystem.
• BI Maintenance & Analysis: Monitor data flows, diagnose anomalies in BI packages, and correct/optimize SQL queries.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, analyze, and format data to meet the operational needs of business teams.
• Business Interface: Support users in using Power BI reports, explain data, and translate functional needs into technical requirements.
• Facilitation & Communication: Lead follow-up meetings, prepare training materials, and conduct webinars to present new features or Data best practices.
Profile:
Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Decision-Making IT or Data Management.
Technical Skills:
• SQL: Strong command of querying (Joins, aggregations, stored procedures).
• MSBI: Practical knowledge of the ecosystem (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI).
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in data manipulation (Advanced Excel, Power BI).
Soft Skills (Crucial):
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to break down complex problems into simple root causes.
• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to simplify technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
• Facilitation: Experience in leading meetings or group presentations (Webinars).
• Customer Focus: Service-oriented attitude and ease in managing business requests.
