Job :

The Data Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data (headcount, turnover, recruitment, training, performance, etc.).
  • Design and automate dashboards and reports for HR management (KPI tracking, trends, predictive analysis).
  • Identify relevant insights to optimize HR processes and support the group's overall strategy.

Management of Tools and Data:

  • Master and optimize reporting and visualization tools (advanced Excel, Power BI ideally).
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of HR data in information systems.
  • Participate in improving data collection and management processes.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work collaboratively with HR teams to meet analytical needs.
  • Train and support users on reporting and analysis tools.
  • Propose innovative solutions to improve the use of HR data.
