As part of the development of our activities in Ivory Coast, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Representative based in Abidjan. As a true representative of our company to healthcare professionals, you will play a key role in promoting our products and developing trusting relationships with players in the Ivorian medical sector.

This position offers the opportunity to evolve in a stimulating environment, with a strong field presence and direct contact with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare facilities.

Main missions:

• Promote products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals in Abidjan
• Conduct regular medical visits according to the defined action plan
• Develop and retain a portfolio of clients and partners in the medical sector
• Present product features and benefits clearly and professionally
• Provide scientific and technical information tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals
• Monitor field activities and submit regular reports
• Participate in achieving the commercial objectives set by the company
• Maintain competitive intelligence and report market information
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams

Required profile :

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively representing our company to healthcare professionals and actively contributing to the development of our activities in Ivory Coast.

• Associate's degree to Master's degree in Marketing / Sales / Health Management / Biological / Medical Sciences / Medical Sales Representative training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion skills and commercial acumen
• Dynamism, autonomy, and initiative
• Good organizational and priority management skills
• Team spirit and professionalism
• Ability to build lasting trusting relationships with healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques
• Experience in medical sales or the pharmaceutical/medical sector is a plus
