Job :

- Produce code that does not worsen Technical Debt (DT)
- Reduce Technical Debt as soon as possible
- Produce code that respects SOLID principles, is readable, and handles edge cases and errors…
- Practice Pair/Mob Programming
- Review/comment on/approve the team's Pull Requests (PRs)
- Actively participate in collective code reviews
- Fix security vulnerabilities
- Deliver decoupled components (backward/forward compatible)
- Ensure delivery of high-performing components
- Ensure test coverage for delivered products
- Systematically carry out developments guided by tests (Test-Driven Development - TDD)
- Carry out developments guided by cross-functional tests (Behavior-Driven Development - BDD)
- Write & share documentation
- Respect the processes & standards of the dev guild (design review, code review…)
- Identify and implement appropriate patterns
- Provide expertise in incident analysis and resolution
- Communicate with the team effectively, clearly, and concisely, both in writing and verbally
- Alert about risks impacting my delivery milestones
- Critically examine my user stories/technical specifications and ensure they are appropriately sized
- Help the team in case of difficulty or delay.
 

Required profile :

Education Level :
Higher education, Bachelor's +4/5 (e.g., Engineering school, University)

Professional Experience Level:
Minimum 6 years of experience.

Technical Skills :

Experience with technologies: fullstack, .NET, react.
