Join a dynamic company in the IT sector, based in Casablanca. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, your mission will be to support our teams in the evolution and maintenance of our CRM solutions.

The main objective of this position is to ensure the performance and relevance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, by ensuring its adaptation to business needs and actively participating in its continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include the design, development, testing, and deployment of new features on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will also be involved in resolving incidents, optimizing existing processes, and collaborating with functional teams to understand and translate needs into technical solutions.

• Analysis of functional and technical needs.
• Development and customization in Dynamics 365 (plugins, workflows, web resources).
• Unit and integration testing.
• Technical support and corrective maintenance.
• Documentation of developed solutions.

Required profile :

A diploma of Bac +5 level or higher in Computer Science or Electronics is required.

Professional experience of 1 to 5 years in CRM development, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365, is expected.

We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of CRM architectures and associated development environments. Proficiency in languages such as C#, JavaScript, and in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform are essential. Good analytical skills, a team spirit, and good interpersonal skills will complete your profile.
