Manpower is looking for a Digital Performance Executive for its client.
As part of the development of its digital activities, our client is recruiting a Digital Performance Executive responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of online channels (e-commerce, marketplaces, e-retailers), in line with the commercial strategy.
Main tasks:
• Develop and deploy online activities, ensuring sales performance across different channels
• Guarantee the success of product launches by respecting deadlines and quality standards
• Analyze the performance of digital channels and identify levers for growth and profitability
• Propose specific actions to improve performance by channel
• Manage digital marketing projects (A/B testing, landing page optimization, audience engagement)
• Coordinate with agencies, service providers, and partners to ensure the successful execution of digital projects
• Monitor and analyze KPIs using a data-driven approach and produce regular reports
• Improve the customer experience through data analysis and market feedback
• Collaborate closely with the Digital, Sales, and Content teams
Profile sought:
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Marketing, Digital, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing / e-commerce, ideally in the FMCG sector
• Analytical mindset with a strong performance orientation
• Excellent project management skills
• Good understanding of web and e-commerce environments
• Excellent command of French, English, and Arabic (written and spoken)
