Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector as an Administrative and Financial Director in Rabat. Your role will be key in managing and overseeing financial and administrative aspects, actively contributing to the strategy and performance of our organization.

The main goal is to ensure rigorous and optimized management of the company's financial and administrative resources. It also involves actively contributing to the definition and implementation of strategic orientations by providing reliable expertise and relevant analyses to support decision-making.

Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of strategic and operational tasks:

  • Supervise the company's financial, budgetary, and accounting management.
  • Prepare and monitor financial statements, management reports, and performance indicators.
  • Manage treasury and optimize financial flows.
  • Implement and monitor administrative procedures and internal controls.
  • Actively participate in defining the financial strategy and its operational implementation.
  • Manage relationships with financial partners (banks, auditors).
  • Supervise administrative and financial teams, ensuring their development and performance.
  • Ensure regulatory and fiscal compliance.

Required profile :

A Master's degree or higher is required, ideally complemented by a recognized specialization in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.

We are looking for someone with proven experience of 5 to 10 years in similar roles, ideally gained in the medical equipment sector or a related environment.

  • In-depth expertise in financial management, accounting, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in management tools and financial software.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, rigor, and organization.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
  • Knowledge of issues related to human resources management and training would be a major asset.
