As Administrative and Financial Director, your role will be crucial in defining and implementing the company's financial strategy. You will be responsible for financial health, ensuring rigorous resource management and continuous process optimization. The goal is to maximize profitability while controlling risks, support the company's development through informed decisions, and strengthen its market position. You will actively contribute to sustainable growth by aligning financial objectives with the organization's strategic vision.

Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of essential activities for the company's smooth operation. You will lead all financial functions, including accounting, treasury, management control, taxation, and payroll management. You will develop forecast budgets, monitor their execution, and analyze variances to propose corrective actions. Managing relationships with financial partners (banks, auditors, investors) will also be under your responsibility. Furthermore, you will oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize the capital structure. Implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) will be an integral part of your duties, as will managing financial risks and identifying improvement opportunities.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a strong academic background is essential. A Master's degree (Bac +4) is required, ideally complemented by a recognized specialization in finance, accounting, management, or economics. This theoretical foundation will enable you to deeply understand financial issues and master the tools necessary for effective management. Higher education from a business school, a renowned university, or a specialized finance institution will be particularly appreciated, demonstrating your commitment and capabilities.

Experience is a key component for this strategic position. A minimum of 10 to 20 years of professional experience is expected, with a significant portion gained in financial management or management control roles within companies, ideally in the metallurgy or steel industry, or in similar complex industrial environments. You must have managed teams, developed financial strategies, and demonstrated your ability to successfully complete large-scale projects. Experience in managing financial crises or in transformation contexts is a major asset.

Beyond your education and background, certain behavioral and technical skills are crucial for success. You possess flawless analytical rigor, excellent strategic vision, and proven leadership abilities to unite your teams around common goals. Your negotiation skills and interpersonal ease allow you to build and maintain trusting relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external. Perfect mastery of computer tools and financial management software is expected, as is in-depth knowledge of accounting and tax standards.
