Join a dynamic company in the Insurance / Brokerage sector as an INSURANCE AGENCY DIRECTOR in Kénitra. Your role will be central in managing and developing our agency, embodying our values and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Your main goals will be to guarantee the economic performance of the agency, increase its market share, and develop a solid and loyal customer base. You will manage commercial and managerial activities to achieve and exceed set targets.

Your main tasks will include:

• Define and implement the agency's commercial strategy in line with national objectives.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a sales team to maximize sales and service quality.
• Manage the existing client portfolio and prospect for new opportunities to ensure revenue growth.
• Ensure the agency's profitability and optimize its operational and financial management.
• Represent the company to partners and at local events.
• Constantly monitor the insurance market and regulatory changes.

Required profile :

A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Insurance professions.

Confirmed experience of 20 years in the insurance sector is essential. Significant experience in an agency management role is a major asset.
