Job :

Lead all group academy operations and be responsible for their performance to the General Management. The position guarantees the promise made to families on both sites - educational quality, child safety, service reliability - and the profitability of the model that supports it. It transforms the group's strategy into an operational plan: target organization, staffing levels, season calendar, budget, procedures, and systems. It is the second-level escalation point for any operational decision that goes beyond the field, and the primary responsible party for the academies' compliance with Moroccan regulatory requirements and international franchise specifications.

Scope of responsibility

• Operational and economic performance of the academies (revenue, margin, slot production cost)
• Target organization, staffing levels, and management structure
• Sports season planning and execution of all programs
• Governance, compliance, safety, and child protection
• Operating budget and operational management control
• Risk management and business continuity
• Information systems and digital transformation of the scope
• Management of the supervisory team and development of managers

Direction and strategy

• Translate the group's strategy into a multi-year operational plan for the academies, by site and by discipline
• Define the target organization: organizational chart, team sizes, scopes, and delegation levels
• Approve operational investments (infrastructure, equipment, systems) and defend proposals before General Management
• Lead the structuring of the Professional pathway and its operational and economic distinction from the leisure offering
• Prepare and present the season review and corrective action plans
• Contribute to decisions on opening new sites or new disciplines: operational feasibility study, sizing, ramp-up

Required profile :

• Higher education degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
Experience
• Minimum 8 years in operations, including proven experience in managing managers
• Management of a multi-site scope and responsibility for an operating budget
• Sports, educational, or family service environment; technical or coaching background
