Job :
Your role is to ensure the commercial development and operation of the store you are in charge of in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and achieve the defined economic and commercial objectives.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Customer recruitment, monitoring, and retention;
- Commercial animation of the store;
- Merchandise Management;
- Team Management;
- Management of store assets;
- Performance monitoring.
Required profile :
With a Bac+4/5 education in commerce, you have over 8 years of proven experience, ideally in modern retail, including 3 years in managing a profit center, during which you have developed the following skills:
- Ability to conduct negotiations;
- Ability to monitor activity performance within your scope and track indicators;
- Ability to maintain relationships with authorities;
- Ability to manage your store's assets;
- Leadership, Interpersonal and communication skills, Analytical and synthesis skills, Interpersonal and communication skills, Teamwork; are the assets and key success factors for this position.
