Quality Manager – BTP Sector (M/F)
We are recruiting for a highly renowned group in the market a Quality Manager – BTP Sector (M/F)
Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Management, you will define and lead the Group's Quality strategy and ensure its implementation across all activities (Construction, quarries, production, sites).
As such, your main responsibilities are:
• Define and deploy the Group's Quality policy
• Lead the quality management system (ISO 9001 and other standards)
• Supervise all quality processes on projects and sites
• Ensure the compliance of works, products, and services with standards and client requirements
• Manage Quality teams (engineers, managers, technicians)
• Supervise internal and external audits and ensure certification follow-up
• Lead continuous improvement and performance plans
• Manage quality risks and major non-conformities
• Report on quality to the General Management
• Develop a quality culture throughout the organization
 

Required profile :

Required Qualifications
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including proven experience in quality management
• Expertise in ISO standards (particularly ISO 9001) and in the BTP/industry environments
• Strong management and transversal leadership skills
• Strategic vision and operational field sense
• Excellent communication and change management skills
• Rigor, analytical thinking, and results orientation
