Job :

Join a major player in the food industry as a Technical Director at our establishment based in Casablanca. Your role will be strategic, at the heart of operations, to drive technical excellence and innovation within our company.

Your main mission will be to ensure the performance and modernization of our technical facilities, guaranteeing compliance with the strictest quality, safety, and environmental standards. You will be responsible for the technical strategy, aligned with the company's overall objectives, and will ensure the optimization of production processes to achieve operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include supervising and managing technical teams, developing and implementing investment projects, optimizing equipment maintenance, and technological monitoring to identify improvement opportunities. You will also be responsible for:

• Defining and driving the company's technical policy.
• Managing the budget for technical services and optimizing costs.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and site safety.
• Leading and developing the skills of the teams under your responsibility.
• Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure operational synergy.

Required profile :

You hold a degree of Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher, ideally complemented by a specialization in a technical field relevant to the food industry.

With significant experience of 10 to 20 years in technical roles, ideally gained within the food industry, you have a solid understanding of industrial processes and large-scale project management.

This position requires strong leadership, excellent managerial skills, and a proven strategic vision. Key skills sought include:
