A leading company in its sector is recruiting a Technical Director.

Job :

Reporting to the General Management, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Organize, manage, and lead technical teams to ensure the maintenance, availability, and optimization of equipment and facilities, while respecting safety standards;
• Carry out all new works as part of new projects or the redevelopment of existing equipment;
• Participate in various coordination meetings with the relevant departments to ensure the smooth running of projects;
• Manage the department's investment and operating budgets;
• Supervise and support a team of engineers and technicians.

Required profile :

• A graduate of a leading Engineering School in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent, you have significant experience in maintenance, technical works, and project management.
• A hands-on person, you demonstrate rigor, excellent organizational skills, and a real team spirit, qualities essential for success in this role.
