Group Quality Director

ORH Assessment is supporting a leading international group, in strong growth and undergoing major organizational transformation, in recruiting its Group Quality Director.

Job :

The position reports to the Group Quality & Security Department and is at the heart of the governance system, covering all of the group's multi-site activities.

This is a strategic and operational management role, combining expertise in management systems, compliance management, and the ability to support significant group-wide transformations.

Key Challenges

In a complex, multi-entity, and rapidly evolving environment, the Group Quality Director will be responsible for:

• Structuring and deploying the Group Quality strategy in line with general management's directions
• Ensuring overall compliance of management systems and their alignment with international regulatory and standard requirements
• Managing risk control systems related to product quality and safety throughout the value chain
• Harmonizing quality standards and practices across the group's different entities
• Supporting the transformation of organizations, processes, and operational models
• Strengthening the quality and performance culture within operational teams
• Ensuring the reliability of group reporting systems and performance indicators

Main Responsibilities

• Defining, structuring, and managing the Group Quality policy
• Ensuring compliance with management frameworks and applicable regulatory requirements
• Managing integrated management systems (Quality, Safety, Environment, Health & Safety)
• Ensuring the control, maintenance, and evolution of associated certifications and systems
• Supervising internal and external audits and managing corrective and preventive action plans
• Structuring continuous improvement and standardization initiatives group-wide
• Deploying levers for performance, risk reduction, and process optimization
• Supporting operational entities in improving their quality systems maturity
• Contributing to transformation projects (digitalization, management tools, traceability, QMS)

Required profile :

Profile Sought

• Master's degree (Bac+5) (engineering, agri-food, quality, supply chain, or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience, including significant experience at a Quality Director level

Proven track record in environments:

• Demanding industrial environments
• Production / transformation / distribution of products with high compliance requirements
• Multi-site and complex environments
• Mastery of integrated management systems and standards:
• ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000
• HACCP
• ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Proven experience in managing certifications, approvals, and regulatory systems
• Strong exposure to transforming, structuring, or high-growth environments
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and support large-scale change
• Strong leadership, rigor, results-orientation, and controlled risk management culture
