Job :
Within the Information Systems Department, you will join the team in charge of the application that drives international interconnection in the voice and messaging domains.
- Participation in the implementation and migration to a new international wholesale voice business management application for all functional modules: trading, routing, deal management, mediation, rating, billing...
- Functional support and expertise to users (sales, billing managers, marketing, etc.)
- Analysis of the quality of associated functional data
- Analysis of business evolution needs. Proposal of solutions. Drafting of functional specifications, test scenarios, and quick reference guides or operating procedures.
- Implementation and maintenance of interfaces between different partner applications
- Qualification of hotfixes/patches or application releases
- Contribution to committees with business units and daily meetings with the project team (Business & IT)
- Proposal and implementation of automations to improve operational efficiency
Technical Skills:
- Functional expertise on an IT software package
- Ability to synthesize business needs and prioritize according to objectives
- IT solution design skills
- Ability to analyze malfunctions and communicate with the editor until resolution
- Experience in data manipulation and relevant tools (Excel, SQL, PowerBI, etc.)
- Proven IT culture
- Experience in telecom wholesale would be appreciated
General Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, taste for investigating complex problems
- Curiosity and rigor
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders from different business areas
- Customer and service orientation, responsiveness
- Fluent in English and French
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Engineering degree (or equivalent) in computer science, telecommunications, or related field
- At least 6 years of confirmed experience in functional expertise on a significant IT software package
