Job :

Your role is to oversee customer reception and information and to manage the store's financial flows while optimizing customer checkout.

To do this, your areas of responsibility are:

  • Assign, plan, and monitor the work of your team;
  • Process cash transactions between the safe and the registers;
  • Count the cash in the registers;
  • Train employees in job techniques;
  • Monitor cancellation badges;
  • Ensure the connectivity and proper functioning of the register equipment;
  • Ensure an optimal level of customer reception, information, and satisfaction
     

Required profile :

Profile sought:

 

  • With a Bac+2 / Bac+3 degree in Finance/Management or equivalent; you have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position in retail;
  • You master office tools and the information system related to the job;
  • Customer service orientation, self-control/stress and conflict management & rigor/respect for rules and procedures are the key success factors for this position.
