Assigned to Carrefour Express and reporting to the Operations Director, your role is to define the conditions for applying the Group's commercial policy at the fresh produce department level.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
• Assortment monitoring
• Commercial promotion (promotional activities, marketing, etc.)
• Compliance with hygiene standards and current regulations
• Analysis and monitoring of budget trends (turnover, margins, consumables, etc.)
• Team management
With a Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+3/5), you have over 4 years of proven experience as a Fresh Produce Manager, during which you have developed the following skills:
• Ability to manage the commercial promotion of the departments under your responsibility
• Ability to drive performance (reporting) of the activity within your scope and monitor indicators
• Ability to manage the human resources made available to you
• Ability to conduct negotiations
Customer service orientation, Leadership, Initiative & Responsiveness, Interpersonal and communication skills, and Development of others/team management are the assets and key success factors for this position.
